摘要
贵州某低品位金矿含金1.86 g/t,金主要赋存在黄铁矿中,脉石矿物以石英为主,为合理开发利用该矿产资源,试验采用浮选工艺流程进行了选矿试验研究。试验选取CuSO_4和NaSH为活化剂,以PAX为捕收剂,在磨矿细度为-0.038 mm 85%的条件下,通过1次粗选、2次精选和3次扫选,最终获得了金精矿品位为21.99 g/t、金回收率为83.55%的满意指标。
There is 1.86 g/t gold in a low grade gold ore in Guizhou, gold mainly occurs in pyrite, gangue minerals is mainly quartz. In order to rationally develop and utilize the mineral resources, flotation process test is used for dressing experiment research. Test selects CuSO4 and NaSH as activator, PAX as collector,at grinding fineness of 85% -0.038 mm, by one roughing two cleaning three scavenging and eventually obtained gold concentrate with gold grade of 21.99 g/t, recovery of 83.55 % satisfaction index.
