摘要
目的:探讨桦木酸体外拮抗T-2毒素、减少T-2毒素对细胞的氧化应激作用。方法:选用人肝脏细胞L02作为研究对象,将含0.2、2.0、20.0μmol/L的桦木酸和5 nmol/L T-2毒素共同暴露在L02中12h,后测定细胞中SOD、MDA、GSH、GSH-Px、CAT、ALT和AST水平以及细胞培养上清液中的LDH活性,检测细胞氧化损伤情况。结果:随着浓度的提高,桦木酸能剂量依赖地改善由T-2毒素引起的氧化损伤。结论:桦木酸能拮抗T-2毒素,从而改善由T-2毒素引起的氧化损伤。
Objective: To investigate the antagonistic effect of betulinic acid to T-2 toxin in oxidative stress on L02 cells. Methods: The human liver cell L02 was selected as the experimental subject, 0.2, 2.0 and 20 μmol/L of betulinic acid and 5 nmol/L of T-2 toxin was co-exposed to L02 for 12 h, then the level of SOD. MDA. GSH, GSH-Px. CAT, ALT and AST of cells, and LDH activity of culture supernatant were measured to detect cells oxidative damage. Results: It could improve in the oxidative damage in L02 cell induced by T-2 toxin with a dose-dependent relationship. Conclusion: Betulinic acid can antagonize T-2 toxin and improving oxidative damage caused by T-2 toxin.
