摘要
介绍了中船九院公司在某海外EPC项目施工过程的安全管理工作,从安全管理体系建设到安全管理实施以及工作总结,为公司今后实施海外总承包项目安全管理工作提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the safety management works of CSSC-NDRI＇s Egyptian SU 112E （A/exandria shipyard rebuilding） project, which includes the systematic construction of safety management, the implementation of safety management and the conclusion of them. It is expected that this paper would be a reference for CSSC-NDRI to improve the safety management of overseas projects.
