碳源对假单胞菌NX-1产生L-天冬氨酸β-脱羧酶的影响 被引量:1

摘要 比较了假单胞菌 NX- 1在各种糖类物质、有机酸和氨基酸培养基上生长和合成 L -天冬氨酸β-脱羧酶(ADL )的情况 ,结果表明用不同的碳源培养基 ,NX- 1的生长和产酶表现出明显的差异。 NX- 1能利用糖类物质生长 ,但 ADL合成受阻遏。三羧酸循环中间体是 ADL合成的良好的碳源 ,谷氨酸是 ADL酶合成最好的诱导剂 ,其诱导合成的 ADL是富马酸为碳源时的 2倍。对 L -谷氨酸 (L - Glu)刺激 ADL酶生成的机理进行初步分析 ,认为 L - Glu通过自身 (而不是由 L - Glu衍生出的任何代谢物 )和 ADL合成的有关基因作用强烈诱导 The growth of cells and formation of L aspartate β decarboxylase by pseudomonas NX 1 on a variety of carbohydrates, organic acids and amino acids was compared. Although NX 1 could utilize ordinary sugars for growth, which different from those strains reported in literature, The formation of L aspartate β decarboxylase was repressed by sugars. The tricarboxylic acid cycle intermediates were efficient inducers for L aspartate β decarboxylase by NX 1. The L glutamate was the strongest inducer ,it induced L aspartate β decarboxylase formation twofold that of fumarate grown cells. Since the intermediate from L glutamate metabolism had no effect, this induction effect was specific to L glutamate. The experiments also showed that glutamate affected enzyme synthesis rather than enzyme activity .
