摘要 乳腺肿瘤的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,随着乳腺学科的发展进步、现代医学模式的改变、患者结构和希求的根本变化,大多数患者除了疾病治疗本身外,对术后外观美容提出更高的要求。乳腺专科医生必须适应新的生物心理社会环境医学模式,构建良好的医患协作关系,制定科学的治疗方案、合理选择微创美容手术方法,提高专业技能和转变观念,利用新技术、新材料、新仪器,按照个体化治疗原则,制定乳腺肿瘤微创美容手术策略。 The incidence of breast tumor is increasing year by year in China. With the development and progress of breast science, the change of modern medical mode and radical change of the patient constituent and requirement, most of the patients request not only the curing of disease itself, but also the better appearance after operation. Breast specialist must adapt the new medical mode of biologic-psychological-social and environmental, to build collaborative relationships, make scientific treatment plan, select minimally invasive cosmetic surgery reasonably, improve professional skills and change the old conception. They must utilize new technique, materials and instrument, enact and practice the reasonable operating strategy of minimally invasive and aesthetic operation according to individualized treatment principle.
