摘要
以规范电力电缆线路初步设计文件、满足坚强智能电网和电缆工程的建设需求为基本目标,从建设基本要求、敷设方式及相应设施、环境条件及相应处理办法、设计材料等方面解读《输变电工程初步设计内容深度规定:电力电缆线路部分》,初步设计内容深度规定为指导后续特高压交流工程设计、规范设计文件、提高电力电缆线路建设质量和水平、合理控制造价提供重要支撑,深度规定解读便于设计、咨询等相关单位更好理解和应用深度规定。
To regulate the power cable lines＇ preliminary design documents, and to meet the construction needs of a strong smart grid and the building needs of power cable projects, ＇Code of content proftmdity for preliminary design for transmission and distribution projects： power cable line part＂ is interpreted from the basic construction requirements, laying methods and the corresponding facilities, environmental conditions and the corresponding treatment, design materials and other aspects, which could provide important support to guide the design of follow-up UHV AC projects, standardize design documents, improve the quality and level of power cable line construction, and reasonably control the construction cost. The interpretation could facilitate the design, consulting and other related companies to reach better understanding and make better application of the code.
