摘要
目的对10kg以下先天性心脏病合并肺炎患儿进行临床治疗分析,以提高此类患儿治愈率。方法选择58例10kg以下先天性心脏病合并肺炎患儿,针对不同临床症状给予相应的治疗,并分析总结患儿的相关临床资料。结果 58例患儿中49例经过治疗后,肺炎得到控制并进行手术治疗。9例患儿因为肺炎治疗过程中病情加重,通过机械通气,急诊进行心内直视矫正心脏畸形,其中8例痊愈,1例因术后严重低心排并感染性休克死亡。结论婴幼儿先天性心脏病合并肺炎患儿要及时有效治疗,根据患儿的具体情况采取相应的治疗措施,可提高患儿的治愈率及生存率。
Objective To analyze the clinical data of the treatment of the congenital heart disease with severe pneumonia in infants,who weight below 10kg, to improve the cure rate. Methods Totally 58 cases of congenital heart disease com- plicated by severe pneumonia in infants, to give the appropriate treatment according to the different clinical symptoms of the children, and analyze the relevant treatment data summarized in infants. Results There are 49 cases after anti - in- fection, control of severe pneumonia in 58 cases, operation treatment in control. In 9 cases because of repeated episodes of severepneumonia during treatment, by mechanical ventilation, intracardiac correction of malformation of heart, of which 8 cases were cured, 1 cases died of low cardiac output syndrome and septic shock. Conclusion The infants with con- genital heart disease complicated by severe pneumonia should be timely treatment measures, according to the specific cir- cumstances of patients treated conservatively corresponding or operation treatment, improve the cure rate in children.
