摘要
目的研究分析高血压患者接受左旋氨氯地平、氨氯地平治疗的临床效果。方法我院对115例高血压患者进行了研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和观察组,对照组57例患者接受苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,观察组58例患者接受苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗,比较分析两组患者的高血压变化、治疗效果、不良反应等指标。结果治疗前后,观察组和对照组患者的SBP和DBP不存在统计学差异性(t=0.378,P=0.706;t=0.187,P=0.352);观察组临床治疗有效率是84.5%,对照组临床治疗有效率是80.7%,两组的临床治疗有效率对比,不具有统计学差异性(χ~2=0.286,P=0.593);观察组患者的不良反应发生率是5.2%,对照组的不良反应发生率是21.1%(χ~2=6.392,P=0.012)。结论高血压患者临床使用左旋氨氯地平、氨氯地平治疗的效果显示,前者的效果优于后者,且临床不良反应发生率比较低,效果比较好。
Objective To study the clinical effects of amlodipine and amlodipine in patients with hypertension. Conclusion The effect of amlodipine and amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension patients shows that the former is better than the latter, and thc incidence of adverse reactions is low, and the effect is better.
