摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,高层建筑项目越来越多,从事高层建筑工程企业之间的竞争力也是越来越大,建筑企业要想在激烈的竞争当中取得优势地位,就要加强对高层建筑施工造价的管理,有效控制施工成本,增加高层建筑的经济效益,从而不断推动建筑企业的发展。本文主要对高层建筑施工造价管理当中成本控制策略进行了分析探讨,以期能够不断提升高层建筑在造价管理方面的水平。
With the continuous development of China＇s economy, the number of high-rise building projects is increasing, the competitiveness of enterprises engaged in high-rise building projects is also growing. If the construction enterprises want to gain a dominant position in the fierce competition, they must strengthen the cost management of high-rise building construction, increase the economic benefits of the high-rise building, so as to continuously promote the development of construction enterprises. This article mainly analyzes and discusses the cost control strategy of high-rise building construction cost management, in order to continuously improve the level of high-rise building cost management.
