摘要
随着我国社会经济的不断发展,我国现代企业制度也越来越完善,其中内控制度建设是企业管理中的重要内容之一。加强企业内控制度的建设力度,是我国目前企业法制建设所必须选择的一条道路,也是很有前景的方向。随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善,强化企业制度下的内控制度建设,同时也是为了满足社会主义市场经济发展所提出的新一轮要求。
With the continuous development of China＇s social economy, the modem enterprise system of our country is becoming more and more perfect, among which the internal control system is one o f the important contents o f enterprise management. Strengthening the construction of enterprise internal control system is a road that must be chosen for the construction of enterprise legal system in our country, and it is also a promising direction.
