摘要
私营经济是西方国家的主要经济形式,在国民经济中处于核心地位。德国中小企业的主要特征与我国私营经济相似,可以通过研究德国中小企业的发展历程来探索我国私营经济的发展路径。德国中小企业的成功并非偶然,必然有其主观原因和客观原因。对德国中小企业成功原因的研究和分析,对于中国民营企业有着极大的借鉴意义,通过跨文化层次的对比研究,从而解决辽宁省中小企业文化建设中的问题和困难。
Private economy is the major economic form in western countries and is the core of the system of national economy. The main characteristics of German MSEs are similar to private economy in Chi- na. Thus it is possible to explore the future development path for Chinese private economy by studying the history of the MSEs in Germany. The success of German MSEs is not accidental and there are definitely subjective and objective reasons for that. The research and analysis of the successful reasons of MSEs in Germany will bring great enlighten- ing significance to Chinese private enterprises. The comparative study conducted by this article in the cross-cultural perspective is able to solve the problems as well as the difficulties in the process of cultural construction for MSEs in Liaoning Province.
