摘要
目的：探讨中重型颅脑创伤（TBI）患者的颅内压与脑电双频指数（BIS）的相关性及变化规律。方法：选取2015年4月~2016年10月贵州医科大学附属医院神经外科收治的34例中重型TBI患者，入院后进行持续颅内压、动脉血压及BIS监测，同时进行反应水平评分（RLS），运用Spearman秩相关的统计学方法，探讨BIS值与RLS85评分及脑灌注压之间的变化规律。结果：BIS值能较好地反映CPP的变化，且与RLS85在一定范围内呈线性相关。结论：在中重型TBI患者中进行颅内压（ICP）联合BIS监测，能更好地反映脑灌注压情况及意识反应水平，提高诊疗效果。
Objective： To investigate the correlation and variation rules of intracranial pressure （ICP） combined with BIS monitoring in the treatment of moderate and severe traumatic brain injuries （TBI）. Methods：A total of 34 cases with TBI from Department of Neurosurgery,Guizhou Medical Uni- versity during April 2015 to October 2016 received continuous monitoring of ICP,arterial pressure and BIS,and their reaction level scores （RLS85） were observed. Spearman rank corrdation statistical method was used to investigate the changes of BIS value and RLS85 scores and cerebral perfusion pressure （CPP）. Results：The BIS value properly reflected the changes of cerebral perfusion pressure and had a linear correlation with RLS85 in a certain range. Conclusion： The monitoring of ICP combined with BIS may better reflect the conditions of CPP and the level of consciousness, and improve the quality of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
