摘要
为掌握钢管混凝土拱架套管节点压弯力学特性,考虑核心混凝土强度等级、套管长度、套管壁厚、套管间隙4个影响因素,设计了正交试验方案。采用ABAQUS开展了数值试验,并通过室内试验进行了验证;分析了套管节点偏压作用下的运动及受力变形模式;得到了套管试件的Mu-Nu曲线,拟合了试件的压弯承载力表达式;对极限承载力的正交分析发现,核心混凝土强度、套管长度分别是影响试件轴压承载力和抗弯承载力的主要因素,其他因素的影响很小;套管节点的存在使试件的轴压承载力降低30%左右,也使试件的抗压弯综合能力降低,且套管越短,降低越明显。
In order to obtain the compression bending characteristics of casing joint on the square steel tube confined concrete supporting arch,by considering the four influencing factors as concrete strength,length and thickness of the casing pipe and the gap of the casing joint,the orthogonal test schemes were designed.ABAQUS was used for the numerical tests,and the laboratory tests were carried out to verify the simulation results.The deformation mode of casing joints under eccentric load was analyzed.The Mu-Nu curves were drawn based on the tests results,and the compression bending bearing capacity formulas were obtained by fitting method.Orthogonal analysis was carried out and it was found that:the concrete strength and casing joint length are the main factors that affect the bearing capacity and flexural capacity respectively,and the effect of the other factors are very small;the axial bearing capacity and flexural capacity of the test members with casing joints are lower than the one without casing joint about 30%,and the shorter the casing pipe the lower the bearing capacity.
