摘要
目的探寻动漫符号对国家形象与政府形象的建构作用及策略。方法探索新媒体图形文化特征,对比分析美国、日本等文化输出国通过动漫符号图解核心价值观、营造广泛文化认同、塑造良好的国家形象的方式。结论在以读图为主要阅读方式的新媒体时代,充分研究动漫符号的形象建构功能,将有效提升中国政府的形象建设,有助于营造和谐亲民的政务文化,促进政府与民众沟通。
It aims to explore the construction, function and strategy of cartoon symbols on national image and gov- ernment image. It explores the cultural characteristics of new media graphics, compares and analyzes the way how United States and Japan and other exporting countries figure out the core values, to create a wide range of cultural identity and shape a good national image through cartoon symbols. In the era of new media ,which take reading pictures as the main reading method, we may study the image construction function of cartoon symbols, and it will promote the image con- struction of Chinese government, build a harmonious and people friendly government culture, and promote government to communicate with the public.
