经皮椎间孔镜ULESS技术治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的:观察经皮椎间孔镜ULESS技术治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:随机选取单节段腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,运用经皮椎间孔镜ULESS技术手术治疗,根据术前及术后6个月疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及改良MacNab标准评价临床疗效。结果:80例患者手术均顺利完成,平均手术时间(55.00±10.00)min,无硬脊膜破裂、神经根损伤等并发症。术后平均随访(9.70±0.22)个月,腰痛患者术前VAS评分为(7.12±0.58)分,术后为(2.01±0.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腿痛患者术前VAS评分为(8.56±1.12)分,术后为(1.25±0.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据改良Mac Nab标准,优41例,良31例,可8例,差0例,优良率为90%。结论:ULESS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有广阔的镜下视野,手术简捷、安全、有效。
