摘要
在产业转型升级过程中,跨区域合作是迅速实现产业转型的最佳途径。在粤、桂、琼三省区农业转型升级中,可通过建立合作的技术联盟机制、基于全球价值链上的区域产业协作机制、区域合作网络要素作用机制,来控制三省区农业转型升级合作的方向;通过参考产业链纵向分工明细化合作模式、技术市场协同合作模式、产业龙头企业带动型等合作模式,明确粤桂琼农业转型升级合作模式的选择与应用。
Cross-regional cooperation is the optional approach for rapid realization of industry transformation in the process of industry transformation and upgrading. Control can be taken over the cooperation direction of agri- culture transformation and upgrading in Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainanon on the basis of establishment of co- operation mechanism of technology alliance, global value chains-based regional industry cooperation mechanism and regional cooperation mechanism for network elements effects in the process of agriculture transformation and upgrading in the said provinces. Efforts should be made to use for reference the cooperation mode of specified vertical division of industry chains, cooperation mode of technology market collaboration and cooperation mode of leading enterprise-oriented model so as to pinpoint selection and application of the cooperation modes of agricul- ture transformation and upgrading in Guaagdong, Guangxi and Hainan.
