克乌原油集输管道隐患的改线治理方案及实施措施 被引量:4

摘要 克乌D529、D377输油管道属于新疆油田公司管辖,穿过塔城地区沙湾县柳毛湾镇,管道占压情况严重。对本区域内的克乌输油管道进行改线,其中原线路D529长度为4.6 km,D377长度为4.5 km,改线段管道实长6.8 km。根据线路改线部分的管道性能、经济等指标,以根本解决隐患问题为出发点完善方案比选内容,优选出了合理的钢管规格型号及线路路由,且输油管线强度、刚度、输送能力等校核均满足要求。改线实施后,满足国家及地方对油气管道隐患排查治理的要求,符合有关标准、规范和规定,达到了预期目标。 KE-WU D529 and D377 pipelines are belong to Xinjiang Oilfield Company,and they go through Liumaowan Town in Shawan County of Tacheng Area, with pipeline tie-up seriously. To reroute the KE-WU oil transmission pipeline within this region, a new pipeline with a length of 6.8 km is planned to be built to replace the original D529 line with a length of 4.6 km and the original D377 line with a length of 4.5 km.According to the indicators such as pipe performance and economic interest of the rerouted part,the scheme is optimized on the premise that hidden dangers are completely solved. An optimized route as well as pipeline specifications and type are put forward, making sure that the strength, stiffness and transportation capability of the pipeline all meet the requirements. After the implementation, the pipeline meets the national and regional requirements of treating hidden dan-gers,complies with the relevant standards and regulations and achieves the desired goal.
