摘要
目的探讨蒙特卡洛法结合目标教学法在住院医师规范化培训中能否提高教学质量。方法采用回顾性分析,2012年1月—2013年12月实施传统教学法的在重症医学科接受规范化培训的住院医师为A组,2014年1月—2015年12月实施目标教学法的在重症医学科接受规范化培训住院医师为B组,A、B组在培训结束时对技能操作及理论考试方面进行考核,对教学效果进行问卷调查。2016年1月—2017年1月实施蒙特卡洛法结合目标教学法的在重症医学科接受规范化培训住院医师为C组,C组在培训前及培训后分别在技能操作及理论考试方面进行考核,培训后对教学效果进行问卷调查。结果 (1)C组的技能操作及理论考试优于A、B组。(2)C组中培训后在技能操作及理论考试方面成绩较培训前得到提高。(3)在学生对带教老师的教学评价方面,C组在教学内容和方法、教学态度、教学效果、综合印象等方面均优于A、B组。结论蒙特卡洛法结合目标教学法能提高规范化培训住院医师在重症医学专业的理论及技能水平,带教教师的教学理念也获得了好评。
Objective To investigate if the Monte Carlo method and target teaching method could improve teaching quality in intensive care unit (ICU) residents standard training. Methods Surgical residents were divided into three groups in this retrospective analysis. Group A was trained by traditional teaching method in 1CU from January 2012 to December 2013. Group B was trained by target teaching method in ICU from January 2014 to December 2015. Group C was trained by Monte Carlo method and target teaching method in ICU from January 2016 to January 2017. We compared the three groups at their abilities of operational technique and medical theory examination. We evaluated the teaching effects by questionnaire survey. Results (I) The scores of group C were better than group A and B in operational technique and medical theory examination. (2) The scores of group C after trained were better than before trained in operational technique and medical theory examination. (3) The scores of group C in teaching effects of teaching attitude, teaching effect, comprehensive impression, teaching contents and teaching methods were higher than group A and B. Conclusion Monte Carlo method and target teaching method can improve residents' theoretical level and operational ability in intensive care significantly and the teaching ideas of the teachers are also well received.
