摘要
反渗透海水淡化水与自来水相比具有硬度和碱度低、pH偏酸性等特点,因而其洗涤特性可能有所不同。目前,海水淡化水的洗涤应用尚未见报道,本研究从淡化水水质特点出发,考察了淡化水应用于洗涤过程中洗净率的影响因素,提出了对淡化水适当调质以提高洗净率的实验方案。结果表明,蓝月亮洗涤剂的洗净率与超能和奥妙相近,表面活性物含量可能是其主要影响因素。当蓝月亮用于淡化水洗涤时,洗涤前后pH分别为6.89和6.63,表面活性物含量分别为0.59%和0.23%,钙镁螯合量为2.47 mg·L^(-1),洗净率为12.99%,仅略低于自来水的洗净率13.58%。通过适当提高反渗透海水淡化水的硬度和碱度可以有效提高其洗净率,而硬度调质对淡化水的洗净率的影响更大。当硬度为4~33 mg·L^(-1),碱度为5~40 mg·L^(-1)时,淡化水的洗净率可以达到25%左右。
Reverse osmosis desalinated water, due to its low hardness, alkalinity, and pH, might have different washing characteristics compared to tap water, yet this has not been reported on at present. In this work, the in- fluencing factors on cleaning ratio during the desalinated seawater washing process were investigated and, based on this, an experimental remineralization program for improving the cleaning ratio of desalinated water was pro- posed. The results showed that the cleaning ratio of Lanyueliang detergent was similar to that of Chaoneng and OMO detergents, which was determined mainly by the content of active surface substances. When Lanyueliang detergent was used in the desalinated seawater washing process, the pH values of the washing water were 6. 89 and 6.63 and the surface active matter contents were 0.59% and 0.23% , respectively, before and after wash- ing;the calcium and magnesium chelation capacity was 2.47 mg · L-1 ;and the cleaning ratio was 12.99%. Un- der the same conditions, the cleaning ratio of tap water was 13.58%. By appropriately increasing the hardness and alkalinity of the reverse osmosis desalinated water, the cleaning ratio was effectively enhanced and the effect of hardness adjustment was greater than that of alkalinity on the cleaning ratio. When the hardness was 4 to 33 mg · L-1 and alkalinity was 5 to 40 mg · L-1, the cleaning ratio of the desalinated water reached approximately 25%.
