摘要
研究不同条件下果实硬度的变化规律,可为果实采收和贮藏提供参考。以桃新品种美博为试材,研究了树上留果、室温贮藏和低温(3℃)冷藏3种条件下其果实硬度的变化规律。结果表明:美博桃果实硬度较大,采收适期的带皮硬度和去皮硬度分别为16.3 kg/cm^2和10.3 kg/cm^2。无论是树上留果,还是采收后室温或低温贮藏,美博桃果实硬度均随时间的延长而逐渐降低,其中,冷藏条件下果实硬度下降最慢,室温贮藏条件下降最快,树上果实10 d内仍可保持较高硬度。美博桃果实成熟后,可挂树持续采收10 d左右;采收后,常温下可贮藏7 d,冷藏条件下可贮藏9 d。
The study on change law of flesh firmness could provide reference for fruit harvesting and storage. The change of flesh firmness of peach variety Meibo on tree, stored at room temperature and under cold stor- age was studied. The results showed that Meibo had high flesh firmness, and the flesh firmness with skin and without skin was 16.3 kg/cm2 and 10.3 kg/cm2, respectively. The flesh firmness declined under each condition, which declined fastest under cold storage, while slowest at room temperature. It could be harvested continuously about 10 days, and stored 7 days at room temperature and 9 days under cold storage, respectively.
