摘要
涤纶和氨纶混纺弹力织物存在较多纺丝油、织造机油、氨纶氨基硅油,在染色前必须彻底去除,文中采用多功能一浴剂对8.3 tex/144 f(75D/144 f)涤纶、3.3 tex(30 D)氨纶混纺织物进行一浴法除油、染色,并与传统两浴法进行对比。将多功能一浴法进行工厂实践,对比了一浴法和传统两浴法的成本和染色效果。结果表明,采用多功能一浴工艺与传统两浴法对涤氨混纺织物染色,残油率分别为0.52%、0.50%,除油效果相当;多功能一浴法染色织物色差较小,染色重现性好,且织物白斑情况、水纹印均达到纺织国际四分制检验标准,操作简单、生产效率更高;减少了助剂的使用量,低成本152.4元/t,具有节能减排的效益。
There are many kinds of oils such as spinning oil, knitting oil and spandex amino silicone oil on polyester and polyamide blended elastic fabric, which must be completely removed before dyeing. In this paper, a bathing agent was used for one'bath dyeing of 8.3 tex/144 f (75D/144 f) Polyester and 3.3 tex (30 D) Spandex Blended knitted fabric, which was compared with the traditional two bath process. Then the multi-functional one bath method was used to real production, and the cost and dyeing effect was compared with the traditional two bath process. The results show that the oil removal rates of one-bath dyeing and the traditional two bath process respectively are 0.52% and 0.50% respectively; for the multi-functional bath process, the color difference is more smaller with better reproducibility, easier to operate: with higher production, and the production efficiency product quality is more stable, and the white spots, watermark have reached the textile international quartet inspection standards; and reduces the use of additives, and the cost per tonne of cloth reduced by 152.4 yuan with energy- saving and emission reduction benefits.
