摘要
文章首先讨论框剪结构的基本特点、连接方式,以及连梁协同框架和剪力墙工作的方式。然后结合实际案例,对框剪结构承重构件的拆改进行鉴定,并对拆改部位提出加固处理或恢复原状建议,消除安全隐患,以保证房屋的安全使用。
This paper first discusses the basic characteristics of frame-shear structure; connection method, and the working way of coupling beam, frame and shear wall. Then it identifies the removal and transforming of frame shear structure and load-bearing components based on actual examples; and proposes suggests for the reinforcement or restoration of original comoonents to eliminate safety risks and ensure housing's safe use.
