硬纸板式实验实训电路板的创新与教学实践

摘要 职业学校电子电工课程常规的学生实验,通常采用"印刷电路板"和"多功能板"二种形式。但印刷电路板制作周期长、设计费时;多功能板则耗课时较多、制作难度大。论文推出一种快捷方便、高效实用的新型电路板,仅用画有电路图的普通硬纸板作支撑骨架,将电子元器件和电路板整合在纸板式电路图中,实现溶"原理图"与"电路板"于一体,大大降低了实验难度,为电类课程学生实验实训乃至教师的演示实验找到了捷径。 The electronic circuit experiments in vocational schools are usually based on printed circuit boards or multifunction boards. How- ever, the design and production of printed circuits boards is time-consuming,and the production process of multifunction boards is compli- cated. Therefore,in this paper,we design a low-cost circuit board,which is far more convenient compared with conventional circuit boards. The newly designed circuit board adopts cardboard as the skeleton,and integrate electronic elements onto the cardboard. This method com- bines circuit diagram with circuit board,which greatly reduces the experimental difficulty and is also helpful for teachers' demonstration.
