摘要
科技型中小企业集群创新是在一定区域内相同或相近产业的中小企业利用集群的优势进行创新。在高技术产品从最初的生产者到最终顾客的整个生产过程中,可以分解为一系列相互联系而又相对独立的增值环节,每一个增值环节都可以由一个或几个企业来完成,各个企业之间根据各自的创新投入进行市场交易,从而形成价值链接与创新网络,各个创新主体通过价值链的联系而进行的创新活动就形成了集群创新的链式发展模式。通过集群内价值链上相关创新主体的密切合作进行集群创新,同时充分利用集群外部的创新资源开展集群层面上的开放式创新,能够在激烈的竞争中掌握发展的主动权,在产业集群升级的过程中获得全球价值链的治理权,从而实现集群与企业的跨越式发展。
The clustering innovation of small and medium sized enterprise clusters is to make use of the advantages of clusters in the same or similar industries.
