摘要
目的为确保临床用药安全性,调查分析社区医院现有中药饮片的资源情况。方法根据中药饮片基原分类结合统计学方法进行分析整理,掌握本社区医院中药饮片种类的分布情况。结果我院有441种中药饮片,植物类有390种,占88.4%;动物类31种,占7.1%;矿物类20种,占4.5%。结论中药饮片形式多样,来源复杂,建议各基层机构应从原产地或正规渠道入药,并及时整理中药饮片的保存及鉴别信息,加强质量管理。
Objective To ensure the safety of clinical use of drug,and investigate the resources of the existing Herbal Pieces in the community hospitals.Methods The Chinese medicine slices distribution types in community hospital were analyzed and mastered according to the basic classification of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with statistical methods for analysis.Results There are 441 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine in our hospital,there are 390 kinds of plants,accounting for about 88.4%;animal species of the 31 ,accounting for 7.1%;ineral class of the species, accounting for 4.5%.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine slices are of various forms and complex sources.It is suggested that the grassroots organizations should take medicine from the origin or formal channels,and timely organize the preservation and identification information of Chinese Herbal Pieces and strengthen the quality management.
