摘要
目的探讨达克宁栓联合中药方剂治疗霉菌性阴道炎(VVC)的临床疗效。方法选取盐城市盐都区大纵湖镇卫生院2014年5月—2015年8月收治的VVC患者78例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组患者给予达克宁栓治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予中药霉菌阴炎汤治疗,两组患者均持续治疗21 d。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后VVC症状评分及复发情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VVC症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者VVC症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用达克宁栓联合中药霉菌阴炎汤治疗VVC的临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者的临床症状,且复发率较低。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of confort suppository combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating vulvovaginal candidiasis（VVC）.Methods A total of 78 cases of patients with VVC were selected from May 2014 to August 2015 in Dazonghu Town Health Centers of Yandu District in Yancheng City,which were divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.Control group was treated with confort suppository,observation group was treated with mold yin yan tang based on control group,both groups were treated for 21 d.The clinical effect,VVC symptom scores before and after treatment and the recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,no statistically significant difference of VVC symptom scores was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after treatment,the VVC symptom scores of observation group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.The observation group of recurrence rate was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Confort suppository combined with mold yin yan tang have an obviously clinical effect in treating VVC,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and with lower recurrence rate.
