利用微卫星标记分析糜子资源的遗传多样性 被引量:3

Genetic Diversity Analysis of Broomcorn Millet( Panicum miliaceum L.)Resources Using Microsatellite Markers

摘要 用种特异性SSR标记分析40份糜子种质资源的遗传多样性。研究发现5对引物共检测出13个等位变异位点,平均每对引物2~3个,平均每个SSR位点2.6个。Shannon指数为0.67~1.08,平均0.88。多态信息指数为0.46~0.67,平均0.58。在相似系数0.594处,将40份材料分为6类。第一类来自北方春糜子区和华北夏糜子区,包含14份材料;第二类来自东北春糜子区、西北春夏糜子区和北方春糜子区,包含6份材料;第三类来自北方春糜子区,包含5份材料;第四类来自东北春糜子区和北方春糜子区,由5份材料组成;第五类来自北方春糜子区,包括8份材料;第六类来自东北春糜子区和北方春糜子区,由2份材料组成。本研究旨在为中国糜子种质资源的评估和有效利用提供数据参考。 Using 5 pairs of specific SSR primers to analyze the genetic diversity of 40 broomcom millet germplasm resources. The results showed that a total of 13 allelic variations were detected, the allele number of each pair primer and each SSR locus was 2-3 and 2.6 separately. The Shannon index ranged from 0.67 to 1.08, with an average of 0.88. The polymorphism information index ranged from 0.46 to 0.67, with an average of 0.58. Cluster analysis was conducted and the 40 materials were classified into 6 groups at the similarity coefficient of 0.594 according to Chinese broomcorn millet cultivation ecological regions classification. The first group was from north spring millet area and northern China summer millet area, including 14 germplasm materials. The second group originated from northeast spring millet area, northwest spring & summer millet area and north spring millet area, consisting of 6 germplasm materials. The third group belonged to north spring millet area, including 5 germplasm materials. The fourth group belonged to northeast spring millet area and north spring millet area, composed by 5 germplasm materials. The fifth group was from north spring millet area, including 8 germplasm materials. The sixth group was from northeast spring millet area and north spring millet area, including 2 millet materials. The results will be helpful to evaluate and utilize the broomcorn millet germplasm effectively.
