低温胁迫对5个栽培品种黄瓜生长及生理指标的影响 被引量:13

Effect of Low Temperature Stress on Growth and Physiological Indexes of Five Cultivars of Cucumber

摘要 以5种黄瓜幼苗为试验材料,8℃低温处理7 d。分析5种黄瓜生长状态、相对电导率(relative electric conductivity,REC)、超氧根阴离子(O2-)组织化学定位和脯氨酸含量的积累等,并利用隶属函数法综合评价5种黄瓜的抗寒能力。显示:低温处理后,5种黄瓜幼苗在形态上表现出不同程度的伤害,新津优1号和新津春4号已经倒伏,唐山秋瓜、津研4号和春夏秋王均出现了不同程度的萎蔫和失水现象。各品种的鲜质量和叶面积也有明显的降低,其中新津春4号的减少率最大,春夏秋王的减少率最小。O_2^-组织化学定位显示,与对照组相比,5种黄瓜O_2^-的分布均显著增加,其中春夏秋王染色面积最小,新津春4号染色面积最大。5种黄瓜的REC和细胞膜伤害率(membrance injury percentage,MIP)均显著升高,其中新津优1号增幅最大,春夏秋王增幅最小。与对照组相比,5种黄瓜脯氨酸的积累量均有显著差异,其中新津春4号的积累量最少。通过隶属函数综合分析,5个栽培品种黄瓜的抗寒性依次为:春夏秋王>津研4号>唐山秋瓜>新津优1号>新津春4号。春夏秋王抗寒性最强,可以作为北方设施栽培的选育品种。 In this research, we used five cultivars of Cucumber sativus L., which were treated at 8 ~C for 7 d, as experimental material. We analyzed the growth status, the relative electric conductivity, 02- histochemical localization and the accumulate of proline content in five cultivars of cucumber. And we used the method of subordinate function to made comprehensive evaluation on the cold resistance of five cultivars cucumber. The result showed that five cultivars of cucumber seeding displayed different degree of damage after low temperature treatment. Xinjinyou 1 and Xinjinchun 4 have been lodging, and Tangshanqiugua, Jinyan 4 and Chunxiaqiuwang appeared different degree of wilting and water loss. Weight of leaf fresh and leaf area of five cultivars all decreased significantly. The decrement of Xinjinchun 4 was the largest, and Chunxiaqiuwang was the smallest. The result of 02 histochemical localization showed that the 02- distribution of five cultivars of cucumber increased significantly compered with the control. The staining area of the Chunxiaqiuwang was the smallest and the staining area of the Xinjinchun 4 was the largest. The relative electric conductivity and the rate of injured cell of five cultivars increased significantly, the rate of increase of the Xinjinyou 1 was the largest and Chunxiaqiuwang was the smallest. Contents of proline in five cultivars of cucumber were different significantly compered with the control, and the Xinjinchun 4 proline accumulated was the smallest. By the method of subordinate function, the cold-tolerant ability the five cultivars of cucumber followed the sequence of Chunxiaqiuwang〉Jinyan 4〉Tangshanqiugua〉Xinjinyou l〉Xinjinchun 4. Chunxiaqiuwang had the strongest cold resistance, which could be used as the the northern facility cultivation of breeding varieties.
