摘要
目的:研究稳心颗粒佐治高血压心脏病室性早搏患者的临床效果。方法:选取2014年8月~2016年3月河南科技大学第一附属医院心血管内科治疗的160例高血压心脏病室性早搏患者进行研究,根据入院顺序分为治疗组、对照组各80例,两组均给予降压、美托洛尔等基础药物治疗,治疗组同时给予稳心颗粒治疗,治疗时间3个月。结果:治疗后治疗组患者的心率、早搏次数均低于常规组患者,差异具有统计学意义,治疗组患者的窦性RR间期标准差、RR间期平均值标准差、相邻RR间期差值的均方根、一定时间内相邻心动周期差>50 ms的次数占总心跳次数的百分比值(p NN50)均明显高于常规组患者;治疗组患者的Holter疗效愈显率为71.25%,明显高于对照组患者的55.00%,治疗组患者的临床疗效愈显率为60.00%,明显高于对照组组患者的43.75%。结论:单用美托洛尔对高血压心脏病室性早搏患者治疗效果要明显低于稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔。
Objective： To analyse the effect of adjuvant therapy of Wenxin Granule on hypertensive heart disease patient with ventricular premature beat. Methods： 160 hypertensive heart disease patients with ventrlcular premature beat in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from August 2014 to March 2016 were used as the research object. They were divided into treatment group and control group, 80 cases in each group. The two groups were given antihypertensive and metoprolol, and treatment group was treated with Wenxin Gran- ule at the same time. Treatment lasted 3 months. Results： After treatment, heart rate and number of premature in treatment group were lower than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, sinus RR interval standard deviation, standard deviation of mean value of RR interval, root mean square of the difference between adjacent RR intervals and the ratio of the number of adjacent cardiac 〉 50 MS% to the total num- ber of heartbeats （ p NN50 ） within a certain period in observation group were higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （~）After treatment, apparent rate of hoher beats classification in observation group was 71.25% ,higher than that in control group （55.00%）（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, apparent rate of clinical efficacy in observation group was 60.00% , higher than that in control group （ 43.75 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion ： Clinical efficacy of Metoprolol alone on hypertensive heart disease patient with ventricular premature beat is lower than that of Wenxin Granule combined with Metoprolol.
