摘要
通过采用微板流路控制Deans Switch中心切割二维色谱技术和一套专用色谱柱可以实现对MTO反应产品气中二甲醚、乙醛、丙醛、MTBE、甲醇、丙酮、丁酮、乙醇、丁醇、丙醇等10种含氧化合物进行准确的定性、定量分析,具有良好的重复性和再现性,以满足下游生产装置对物料中含氧化合物含量的快速测定要求。
Through the use of micro-plate flow path control Deans Switch heart-cutting two-dimensional chro-matography technology and a set of special chromatographic columns can achieve accurate qualitative andquantitative analysis of dimethyl ether, acetaldehyde, Propanal, MTBE, methanol, acetone, ketone, etha-nol,butanol,propyl alcohol in MTO reaction product gas. This method has good repeatability and reproduc-ibility,which can provides convenient and quick analysis of the oxygen compounds contents in downstream production devices.
