摘要
东莞市科学技术博物馆从多年来使用平衡计分卡理论进行绩效管理的成果出发,通过调查绩效管理需求、分析应用面临的挑战、厘清具体实施思路,对平衡计分卡绩效管理App开发与应用问题进行探索,并全面、系统地总结了绩效管理经验,以供其他科普场馆借鉴.
Based on the results of the performance management used Balanced Score Card theory by Dongguan Science & Technology Museum for several years, we investigated and analyzed the needs and the challenges of performance management, clarified the specific implementation ideas. We also explored how to exploit and utilize the App for performance management based on Balanced Score Card, and comprehensively and systematically summed up the experience for the reference of other science and technology museums.
