摘要
2016年起我国的城市规划管理开始实行"开放社区"的政策,城市规划向街区转型,新建住宅也要推广街区制。针对城市街区单位获取难度大的问题,提出了一种矢栅一体化的城市区域分割技术流程。首先将矢量形式的路网数据转换为栅格数据,随后利用数学形态学运算去除碎屑多边形,其次运用Hilditch图像细化算法提取路网骨架,最后通过两次扫描算法标记连通区域,提取路网分割的城市区域。该操作流程简便、高效,结果实用性强,可为后续城市空间分析提供一种有意义的基础底图数据。
For the solution, this article gone in another way, integrated with the advantages of both raster and vector, based on morphology theory, through a series of combination of morphological filters, and then used the connected component labeling to extract the segmentation of urban area. So the deficiencies of the existing methods were avoided effectively. The technologies discussed in the paper were based on some existing algorithms like Hilditch algorithm and Two-Pass algorithm without using the line-to-polygon algorithm in Arc GIS. The consistency of the results was discussed in the end. As expected, the area distribution of the land-unit obeyed Zipf-law.
