摘要
目的:探讨健康体检中胸部低剂量螺旋CT扫描的效果。方法:收集接受健康体检并经胸部低剂量螺旋CT扫描确定存在心血管、胸肺部、腹部异常改变患者100例。结果:累及心血管的异常改变检出率最高,显著高于胸肺部、上腹部异常改变的检出率(P<0.05)。结论:将胸部低剂量螺旋CT扫描应用于健康体检中,可以对心血管、胸肺部、腹部等的病变进行有效诊断。
Objective:To investigate the effect of low dose spiral CT scan in the health examination.Methods:100 cases of patients with abnormal changes of cardiovascular,pulmonary and abdominal diseases by low-dose spiral CT scan were collected.Results:The detection rate of abnormal changes of cardiovascular involvement was the highest,which was significantly higher than that of chest and upper abdomen(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low dose spiral CT scan can diagnose the diseases such as cardiovascular,thoracic and abdominal diseases effectively in the physical examination.
