摘要
目的:探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病(CHD)的临床疗效。方法:收治冠心病患者81例,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)等心功能指标。结果:治疗后,患者LVEDV、LVESV、LDL-C、TC及TG水平均降低,LVEF升高,观察组改善更显著;观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:81 patients with coronary heart disease were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin.The observation group was treated with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine.We compared the LDL-C,TC,TG,LVEDV,LVESV,LVEF of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of LVEDV,LVESV,LDL-C,TC and TG were decreased and LVEF was increased,and the observation group improved more significantly.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease was significant.
