摘要
本文报道1例急性胰腺炎患者在应用左氧氟沙星抗炎过程中发生晕厥的病例,结合心电图分析,讨论左氧氟沙星引起晕厥的原因和治疗中应注意的问题。
This paper reported a case of syncope, which occurred to a patient with acute pancreatitis during the treatment with anti-inflammatory levofloxacin. Combined with ECG analysis, this paper explored the reasons of syncope caused by levofloxacin and drew attention to the problems.
