摘要
目的对手术室护理中可能出现的风险因素及其防范措施进行研究分析。方法将80例患者随机分成两组,对照组40例进行常规手术室护理,观察组40例进行手术室护理风险管理,观察并记录两组的不良操作情况、护理操作考核情况以及患者对手术室护理的满意度。结果观察组从发生不良操作例数、护理人员操作考核合格率以及术后患者满意率结果上均明显优于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(均有P<0.05)。结论手术室护理中实施护理风险管理,不仅可以提高护理人员的自身素质、操作技能以及风险意识,还能减少因护理不当出现不良事件的可能,并对促进医患友好关系有重大意义,建议在临床进行推广应用。
Objective May occur in the operating room nursing through analyzing the risk factors and preventive measures. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group 40 cases of normal operating room nursing, observation group 40 cases in the operating room nursing risk management, observe and record in the two groups of adverse operation situation and situation of nursing operation assessment to the operating room nursing and patients satisfaction, Results Observation group from a delinquent eases, nursing operation examination pass rate and postoperative patients satisfaction results were significantly better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （both P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the procedures in the operating room nursing risk management, not only can improve the quality of nursing staff, operating skills and risk awareness, reduce caused by improper nursing, the possibility of occurrence of adverse events, and has great significance to promote friendly relations doctor-patient, suggest that in clinical application.
