摘要
唐山16万m^3 LNG储罐承台混凝土属于大体积混凝土,该种混凝土施工的技术难点是防止混凝土由于施工方法不当,干燥、温差而导致的开裂。论述了优化混凝土区块浇筑施工、优化混凝土配合比、严格控制原材料等的裂缝源头控制措施,阐述了事前准备、施工流程控制、技术控制、温差控制等的裂缝过程控制措施,介绍了本项目的保温计算方法及保温效果。最后指出,由于严格加强施工过程的监管,本项目施工的储罐承台混凝土裂缝得到了有效的控制,检测统计表明,采用本方法施工的4座储罐承台均未出现超过规范要求的0.3 mm及以上宽度的裂缝。
The construction difficulty of the mass concrete pile caps of 160 000 m3 LNG storage tanks in Tangshan is to prevent concrete cracks caused by improper construction method, temperature difference and less moisture. This paper introduces the source control measures such as optimization of mix ratio and strict control of raw materials, and control measures during construction such as construction procedure control, technical control and temperature difference control, also the thermal insulation method and practical effect. Because of strict construction supervision, the four concrete pile caps of the four LNG storage tanks have not appear cracks of greater than 0.3 mm in width.
