摘要
化工实训设备是培养学生动手操作能力,验证课堂理论知识的重要设备。近年来随着招生规模的不断扩大,仪器设备使用频率加大、学生操作训练时不规范、化工实训室特有的腐蚀性环境、课后维护管理不及时不到位等原因,使不少实训设备存在严重的安全问题,直接影响实践教学效果和高职院校教育水平的提高。本文针对职业院校化工实验实训设备的安全管理方面存在的问题分类解析,探讨问题产生的根源,并提出改进措施,以便加强对职业院校化工类实验实训室管理。
The practical training equipment of chemical engineering is the important equipment for cultivating students practical operation ability and verifying the theoretical knowledge in courses. Recently, with the constant enlargement of enrollment scale, the increase of utilization frequency of instrument and equipment, students＇abnormal operation and training, the particular corrosion environment in practical training room of chemical engineering and improper and not-timely maintenance and management after class have made many practical equipment appear serious safety problems, which has directly influence the practical teaching effect and the increase of education level of high vocational school. In this paper, in terms of the existing problems in the safety management aspect of chemical engineering experimental and practical equipment in vocational schools, it has taken classified analysis and discussed the source of problems, besides, put forward the improvement measures so that to strengthen the management on chemical engineering experimental and practical training room of vocational schools.
