摘要
介绍了某发动机上电控线束支架疲劳失效分析与结构优化设计的过程和结果。根据应用匹配要求,在某发动机上增加一个电控线束支架,首次设计的线束支架在道路试验中出现了断裂现象。对此,通过对支架失效原因的预测,并结合有限元分析和试验载荷,在支架疲劳分析基础上,利用模态分析和谐响应分析,对支架共振状态下的疲劳应力和安全系数进行计算,确定支架失效的主要原因。通过结构优化设计,消除了支架在发动机工作状态下的失效风险。
This article describes fatigue failure analysis & optimized structural design of engine accessory bracket. According to the requirement of OEM, a bracket fnr electronic eontrol haruess was added onto engine. A fatigue failure of the bracket happened when it attended field test with the engine. So, fatigue failure prediction & further FEA was carried out, including modal, harmonic response and fatigne analysis. The fatigue stresses and FOS (factor of safety) were calculated to determine the reason of structural failure. Then optimized structural design of the braeket was completed & the failure risk was removed.
