基于电子控制技术柴油机转速与转速差实验研究

摘要 转速与转速差是表征柴油机运行情况的重要指标,我们主要针对柴油机在运行过程中出现动力不足、排烟异常等问题,运用电子控制技术测试柴油机在正常情况下各缸转速及转速差性能参数,设置故障气缸模拟柴油机在不同泄露故障情况下各缸转速与转速差变化,结合性能参数对比分析评价各缸的压缩性能,找出故障气缸,提出预测、解决方案,并为同类型发动机的研发、测试、售后提供建议和指导。 The crankshaft speed and the speed deviation are important parameters of diesel, this paper mainly focuses on the problems of the lack of power and diesel engine exhaust abnormalities in the operation. Electronic control technology is used to test crankshaft speed and crankshaft speed deviation of each diesel engine cylinder under normal conditions, and different leakage fault of cylinder is set to simulate malfunction of engine. It can be evaluated of the compression performance of each cylinder by comparing and analyzing the performance parameters, finding out the fault cylinder, and giving the prediction and solutions measures. This method can be used to provide advice and guidance to develop, test and offer after-sale of the same type diesel engine.
