摘要
我国疆域辽阔,南北纬度跨度大,气候差异显著,地理环境复杂多样,久而久之形成不同的区域饮食风格,主要表现在味型和食材的选择上。长期偏嗜某一类味型和食材,会对区域人群的机体健康和体质产生影响,进而影响其生理和病理进程,导致亚健康或引发疾病。
China has vast territory and range temperature zone. The geographical environment is various and complex. Due to this geography, many different kinds of regional dietary style come into being. This kind of regional dietary style expresses mostly on the choice of flavor and ingredients. However, the preference for ingredients for a long time will have an effect on people's health and constitution. What's more, it has influence on the process of regional people's physiology and pathology, thus generating the symptoms of sub-health or illness.
