热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎临床研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者96例,将其随机分为两组,各48例。对照组采用冷牙胶侧压法根管充填治疗,观察组运用热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗。比较两组根管治疗效果、充填情况及充填时间。结果观察组临床总有效率为95.83%,明显高于对照组的83.33%;根管充填质量明显优于对照组,根管充填时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论热牙胶垂直加压法根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎可明显提高充填率、根管封闭的严密性,有助于降低感染率,促进患者恢复健康,值得临床应用。
