摘要 为了解决南桐厂区煤泥水中高灰细泥含量高且在浓缩机内沉降困难的问题,在对生产状况分析的基础上,结合现场实际生产情况,提高煤泥水处理系统生产能力,优化浮选药剂添加方案,改进尾矿压滤系统生产方式。在采取针对性的优化措施后,煤泥水处理系统逐渐稳定,煤泥回收效率得到较大提升;通过近些年的有效管理,在原煤煤质恶化时洗水系统水质仍可保持清亮。 The trouble with the treatment of the coal slurry water in Nantong area of the washery is that the slurry is difficult to settle in thickener due to its high content of high-ash fine clay. Hence, a scheme for optimization of the coal slurry water treatment system is worked out based on an analysis of both current and specific operating conditions. The scheme involves increase of capacity of slurry water treatment system, optimum addition of flotation reagents and improvement of operating mode of filter press for treating flotation railings. After adoption of the improvement measures, the coal slurry water treatment system becomes gradually stable in operation and a noticeable increase of recovery of coal slime can be expected. Furthermore, through effective management in recent years, a rather clear washwater can still be maintained even in case of deterioration of raw coal property.
