不同分娩方式对新生儿脐血NK细胞与婴儿早期过敏性皮疹发生的相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:本课题通过检测不同分娩方式新生儿脐血中NK细胞含量,探讨其与婴儿早期发生过敏性皮疹的相关性,为临床婴幼儿湿疹的防治提供理论依据。方法:选取我院2013-03-2014-03生产的产妇99例,分为剖宫产组和自然分娩组,采用流式细胞仪检测新生儿脐血中NK细胞。并在新生儿出生后6mo进行电话随访,了解过敏性皮疹的发生情况。结果:(1)剖宫产、自然分娩两组孕母年龄、胎儿性别、胎龄差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);(2)剖宫产组新生儿脐血NK细胞水平低于自然分娩组(P〈0.01);(3)生后6mo时剖宫产组新生儿发生过敏性皮疹例数多于自然分娩组(P〈0.05)。结论:(1)剖宫产组新生儿脐血NK细胞水平较自然分娩组低,提示脐血中NK细胞减少可能影响到其免疫功能的完善;(2)剖宫产组新生儿生后6mo时过敏性皮疹的发生率较自然分娩组明显增高,说明剖宫产新生儿更容易发生过敏性皮疹;(3)脐血NK细胞水平可能与新生儿与婴儿早期过敏性皮疹的发生有关;(4)新生儿非特异性免疫受可能也受分娩方式的影响。 Objective:This topic through the detection of different delivery methods of neonatal cord blood Natural killer cells content, to explore the correlation with the baby's early occurrence of allergic skin rash,to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of infantile eczema. Methods:99 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected and divided into cesarean section and natural delivery group. NK cells were detected by flow cytometry. And in June after the birth of a telephone follow-up,to understand the occurrence of allergic skin rash. Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the age of the two groups of maternal age,fetal sex and age between the groups ( P〉0 . 05 );( 2 ) The level of umbilical cord blood NK cells in cesarean section was lower than that in natural labor group(P〈0. 01);(3)The number of cases of allergic rash occurred more than the natural childbirth group(P〈0. 05)in the 6months after birth. Conclusions:(1) The level of umbilical cord blood NK cells in cesarean section was lower than that in the natural delivery group,suggesting that the decrease of NK cells in cord blood may affect the improvement of its immune function;(2)The incidence of allergic skin rash was significantly higher in the 6months after birth than in the spontaneous delivery group,which showed that the newborn infants were more likely to have an allergic rash;( 3 ) Umbilical cord blood NK cells may be associated with the occurrence of neonatal early allergic skin rash;(4)Nonspecific immunity in newborn infants may also be affected by delivery methods.
