摘要
对于近代中国而言，公园是一个不折不扣的舶来品。在公园观念的引进过程中，晚清海外见闻为国人的公园想象提供了重要的参考维度。值得注意的是，公园观念的引进与形成并不是一蹴而就的，而是一个逐渐深入与丰富的过程。从19世纪中叶到20世纪初，国人对于公园的理解由最初的游乐与猎奇之所，逐渐向开民智、化民德、促民生等方面转变。随着社会危机与变革诉求的不断加深，公园的文化启蒙与政治教化功能日益彰显。
For modern China, public park is an exotic certainly. In the process of the ＂park＂ concept being introduced, many scholars＇ overseas ex- perience in the late Qing dynasty provides an important reference for the park imagination of the nation. It is worthwhile to note that, the process of the park concept b deepe eing ned introduced and formatted is not accomplished at one stroke, and enriched gradually. From the middle of the nineteenth cen- tury to the early twentieth century, people＇s ally changed from places of amusement and people＇s livelihood. With deepening of th understanding adventure to e social crisis of the park graduenlightenment and the demandingfor change, the park＇s cultural enlightenment and political education function becomes more and more obvious.
