摘要
目的:对白内障合并糖尿病患者围手术期实施预见性护理干预的临床效果进行分析。方法:以笔者所在医院2015年5月-2016年5月收治的96例白内障合并糖尿病患者作为此次研究对象,按照入院诊治时间不同随机分成探究组和对比组,各48例;对比组围术期实施常规专科护理,探究组实施预见性护理,对比两组手术效果、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:术后探究组并发症发生率为2.1%,低于对比组的10.4%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);通过问卷调查,探究组护理满意度优于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在白内障合并糖尿病围术期给予预见性护理干预,可有效预防和减少术后并发症发生,和谐护患关系,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective： To analyze effect of predictive nursing intervention on cataract patients with diabetes in perioperative period.Method ： In our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016, 96 cases of cataract patients with diabetes as the research object, according to the time of diagnosis and treatment, divided randomly into two groups of 48 each.Control group applied conventional nursing and explore group applied predictive nursing.Compared two groups of operation effectl postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction.Result： The postoperative complication rate of control group was 2.1%, less than that of the control group（10.4%）, the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Through the questionnaire survey, the nursing satisfaction was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Predictive nursing intervention in cataract patient with diabetes can effectively prevent and reduce postoperative complications and improve the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, has important clinical significance.
