摘要
目的:探讨通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:对2013年4月-2016年7月在笔者所在医院治疗的106例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分组,试验组患者应用通心络胶囊治疗,对照组患者给予复方丹参片治疗,观察比较两组患者心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、血脂变化情况和血液流变学情况差异。结果:试验组心绞痛治疗效果、心电图治疗效果优于对照组,试验组血脂指标和血液流变学指标改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对冠心病心绞痛患者采用通心络胶囊治疗可显著提高治疗效果,改善临床指标,临床值得推广应用。
Objective： To study the clinical effect of Tongxinluo Capsule in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Method： From April 2013 to July 2016, 106 patients with angina pectoris in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the experimental group were treated with Tongxinluo Capsule.The patients in the control group were treated with Compound Danshen Tablets.The efficacy of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram efficacy, changes in blood lipid and hemorheology were compared.Result： The therapeutic effect of angina pectoris and the effect of electrocardiogram in the experimental group were significantly improved than those in the control group（P〈O.05）, and the indexes of blood lipid and hemorheology in the experimental group were significantly improved, the differences were statistically significant（P〈O.05）.Conclusion： Tangxinluo Capsule treatment can improve the therapeutic effect and improve the clinical index in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and it is worthy to be popularized and applied.
