摘要
目的探讨对甲亢失眠患者采取中医辨证护理的临床意义。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月在大连市中医医院就诊的100例因甲亢导致的失眠患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组50例采取普通护理,试验组50例在对照组的基础上采取中医辨证护理。比较两组患者生活质量。结果试验组和对照组在护理前没有统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,试验组各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲亢失眠患者采取中医辨证护理,可以明显提高治疗的有效率和患者的生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical significance of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing on patients with hyperthyroidism insomnia. Methods From December 2015 to December 2016 in Dalian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, 100 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism insomnia were selected and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group of 50 cases took ordinary care. 50 cases in the experimental group adopted traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing on the basis of the control group. The quality of life of the two groups was compared. Results Before nursing, the experimental group and control group in nursing had no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05）. After nursing care, each index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation niarsing on patients with hyperthyroidism insomnia can obviously improve the effective rate and quality of life, and is worth promoting.
