摘要
校企合作是培养工程技术人才的有效途径。本文针对湖南农业大学生物工程专业人才培养的基本定位和目标,以工程实践能力培养为主线,通过校企合作人才培养基地建设、校内实训中心建设、培养方案修订、"双师型"教师培养、实习模式改革等方面,探索出了一套校企合作培养生物工程专业工程人才的培养模式。
School-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to train engineering and technical talents.In response to the basic orientation and goal of biological engineering speciality talent training in Hunan Agricultural University, a set of school-enterprise cooperation in the training of biological engineering professional engineering talent training mode was explored with the engineering practice ability training as the mainline through the school- enterprise cooperation talent training base construction, the training center construction, the training plan revision, ＂double teacher＂teacher training, practice mode reform and other aspects.
