摘要
采用静态生物毒性试验方法研究废弃烤烟叶对鲫鱼的急性毒性,为养殖户提供一个参考的使用浓度。结果表明,水温20℃时,采用浸泡法的烤烟叶对148 g鲫鱼的96 h LC_(50)为132.71 g/m^3,安全浓度为13.3 g/m^3;用挂袋法的烤烟叶对148 g鲫鱼的96 h LC_(50)为118.84 g/m^3,安全浓度为11.9 g/m^3,对25.3 g鲫鱼的96 h LC_(50)为104.23 g/m^3,安全浓度为10.4 g/m^3。
The static biotoxicity test method was applied to research acute toxicity to Carassius auratus of waste flue cured tobacco in order to provide a reference concentration for farmers.The results showed that when the water temperature was 20℃ ,the 96 h LCs0 of flue cured tobacco by soaking method on 148 g Carassius auratus was 132.71 g/m^3,the safe concentration was 13.3 g/m^3.The 96 h LC50 of flue cured tobacco by hang bag method on 148 g Carassius auratus was 118.84 g/m^3, safe concentration was 11.9 g/m^3, the 96 h LCso on 25.3 g Carassius auratus was 104.23 g/m^3, and the safe concentration was 10.4g/m^3.
